• Definisi

  tindakan bedah mulut di kamar operasi untuk melakukan perawatan kasus di rongga mulut menggunakan anestesi lokal

• Pre operation

    • SOAP: ananemsi, pemeriksaan fisik dan penunjang, diagnosis, rencana kerja
    • Informed consent
      • px setuju, tidak setuju
      • walaupun menolak tetap ada dan sudah dijelaskan dampaknya
    • persiapan obat anastesi yang sesuai

  • alat dan bahan operasi

    • alat dipersiapkan sesuai kasus yang akan dikerjakan
    • lampu, mesin suction dll, dipastikan berfungsi
    • dressing dipersiapkan

  • asistensi

    → memahami kerja asisten

    • sirkuler: yang ngambil2

  • operator

    • sudah membuat diagnosis kerja
    • sudah membuat operation plan
    • sudah mempersiapkan tim kerja operasi

• Durante

    waktu yang ditetapkan untuk memulai

    • sebelum itu diketahui rencana perawatannya

• Post-operation

  • penulisan laporan operasi

    eg: post odontectomy, diberi prosedur ini, dijahit apa, udah dikasi ini, sehingga jika ada keluhan yang merawat selanjutnya bisa menangani

  • evaluasi pemberian antibiotik dan analgetik

  • rencana kontrol post-OP: H+1, H+3, H+7

  • rencana melepas jahitan H+7

  • KIE (Komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi) kepada pasien

• Indikasi

  • keperluan perawatan ortho, prostho, endodonti
  • menghilangkan fokus infeksi
  • menghilangkan gangguan jaringan sekitar

• Kontraindikasi

  • jaringan lunak/ keras dalam kondisi radang (infeksi akut)
  • pasien dengan kelainan sistemik
  • pasien dengan riwayat keganasan
