GV Black

• Class 1

  affecting pits and fissures on occlusal molars and premolars, occlusal 2/3 of molars and premolars Buccal & Lingual surfaces, and Lingual surfaces of anterior teeth.

  

• Class 2

  affecting proximal surfaces of molars and premolars.

  

• Class 3

  affecting proximal surfaces of central incisors, lateral incisors, and cuspids without involving the incisal angles.

  

• Class 4

  Caries affecting proximal including incisal angles of anterior teeth

  

• Class 5

  affecting gingival 1/3 of facial or lingual surfaces of anterior or posterior teeth.

  

• Class 6

  Caries affecting cusp tips of molars, premolars, and cuspids.
